Order Confirmation and Production Stage
Once an order is placed and fully signed off by the customer, the order is considered final. At this stage, no returns will be accepted, as the product begins its bespoke journey into production. -
Pre-Production Flexibility
Up until the moment production begins, the customer may request changes or amendments. If you wish to cancel or modify the order, please contact us immediately. Once production starts, changes are no longer possible. -
Post-Production and Delivery
After production is completed and the product is delivered, we cannot accept returns. However, we value your satisfaction: if any issues arise, please contact us, and we will collaborate to resolve them swiftly. -
Defective or Damaged Goods
In the rare event of a defect or damage upon delivery, notify us within 7 days of receipt, with photos and details. We will assess the case and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. -
Lost or Misdelivered Orders
In the unlikely event that your delivery is lost or misdirected, please contact us promptly. We will work closely with the courier to investigate and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or an appropriate solution. -
